You can use the website along with the Pitchero and Pitchero Team Manager Apps (IOS and Android versions available) to manage player availability and selection.
Although the admin can be done through this website, it is useful if you download 'Pitchero' and 'Pitchero Team Manager' to your devices and ask players/parents/carers to download 'Pitchero' only
The main advantage of this is that parents/carers/players can set availability in advance so long as fixtures are entered/kept up to date.
This functionality is similar to 'Teamer' used by other Clubs.
Firstly, you will need Team Admin rights which you can apply for via 'Contact menu (above) .... Membership Secretary'
You may also need the Membership Sec to update your squad players and invite a parent/carer to accept emails from the website (if they don't already)
Once you have admin rights and you are logged into this site you can then choose 'Admin...Team Admin' from top right of this website.
With team admin rights you can manage your team page including fixtures.
Players/Parents/Carers can set availability through their Profiles (top right of this website)
The Membership Secretary will download fixtures from FA Fulltime at start of season but these may need to be edited if any changes through the season. Cup competitions/friendlies/tournaments (or even training!) will need to be added manually.
